Salvage shops (building materials) in New Orleans

Looking for salvaged doors and or shutters. A quick google search yielded a couple of hits but not exactly what i was looking for. Any locals know of any that might have shutters?

They closed the retail store on Tchoup. But moved everything to their warehouses in Belle Chasse.

The bank is way cheaper. And the staff at the Corbel might be the least friendly and least helpful I’ve ever encountered.

Then you’ve never been to The Bank.
The loser brother and the ADD sister are the worst 2 people ever.
However they will somehow have whatever you’re looking for and if they don’t they will find it for you.
It very well take 9 months to finally find and have what you want installed.

Green Project just on the north side of St. Claude from the Marigny on Marais St is what you’re looking for. I’ve found shutters, windows, and a mantle there and they have plenty of doors, tubs, hardware, and anything else that could be salvaged from an old house.

Well I've bought from both for a lot of years and normally know what I'm looking for so I've never had any problems with either staff. But I know Corbel is a lot cheaper and always has been.
