I thought housing was overpriced in parts of the south, but looking out west makes the south look cheap.

Good on you!! NYC is a cess pool!!! SLC is however about to be the next Silicon Valley. Have a lot of family that live in that area, and much like Austin, Cali is moving East.

Promontory a surprisingly small community with most residents going to the two restaurants in the neighborhood and/or the gym at the club. I’ve run into Johnny Damon, that turd Colin Cowherd, etc. Would be cool to see Gus/Giancarlo.
