Why?

You get about as irrationally upset in weather threads as LsuPride gets in COVID Threads

Feel like I explained it pretty well, but I’ll try again. I appreciate when people stick to the facts. If you want to discuss an error or complaint, use facts. If you want to support an opinion, use facts.

I throw out a hot take that’s patently false deserves to be met with the facts.

Now my turn for the Q&A - why do you posts in weather threads at all? I can’t recall a valid contribution you’ve ever made to a weather thread in my time here. You don’t have any real questions, you just stir shite like a wannabe Tiger Rag.

That's become almost a monthly thing. My guys at work always pull the 'the closed the floodgate I can't come in' excuse. Meanwhile the good workers just drive on the levee and leave.

Cloud tops had been warming near the center all afternoon but this new convective burst might be a sign that the system will once again try for some accelerated strengthening.

Don’t storms have a tendency to blow up in the early night hours? I forget what the observation is callled.

Covid threads are slowing down. You just keep doing your thing slackster, I enjoy reading your weather takes as do most here.

Well, that's just something we don't want to hear

We'll have to wait and see what the system can do. It degraded a good bit this afternoon and could never close off the eyewall. Last VDM still had the eyewall open to the south, so that leaves the door open for shear and dry air to keep things in check. Also, the HWRF & HMON had the pressure down to near 970 by 7:00 pm, I don't think that is going to happen.
