Wife was watching "Beat Bobby Flay". It was a husband and wife team. She beat her husband and then went on to beat Bobby with a chicken gumbo. The have a restaurant in NO called "Sac-a-Lait". Anyone eat there and is it good?*

* I'd rather get the OT opinion than the Food Snob board

You can easily recreate their food. Just dump a half box of Tony's on your food, then serve it. Make sure you are rude and refuse to substitute anything for your guests.

The food board isn’t snobby if you don’t let it be snobby.

They own Hot Tails in New Roads where they are from. It’s pretty good but I haven’t been in over a year I guess.

Well, I guess we won't dine there the next time we are in New Orleans.
