I guarantee you these people calling for the girl to be punished in the harshest way possible would throw a fit all kids started getting punished for using the n word on social media. If they really want to go there then er and a should be punished the same.

Not that this is the best excuse in the world, but she's also a teenager. A grown man or woman making a life altering mistake is one thing, but a teenager doing it is another. As somebody who has said and done tons of dumb shite when I was younger, it would really be sad for something I'd done as a teenager to alter the rest of my life. And that statement applies to every race and gender.

I didn't feel as strongly about him as others had in the past. I could tell he was a race baiter but mostly blew it off. I'm full on board now. He is a really really shitty human being for doing this to a minor.
Her parents wouldn't get anywhere with a suit against him, but I think they should do it to at the least cause him headache. Just despicable on his part.

Seems like there should be precedent for it being wrong/illegal for a grown man to screenshot pics of minors and exposing them on their twitter to intentionally hurt/expose them. I get his feelings were hurt and she was wrong but does that give one permission to post this? Courts are cracking down on revenge porn/sharing of screenshot texts out of revenge. I could see this at least ending up in court.

If I were the parent of the other girl I would be on the phone with an attorney right this second figuring out some legal recourse for anyone who did not block out my daughter's face.
ETA: I think Clark did this for attention from the ESPN crowd. And he got it.
Why not just ignore this and tell your child to just ignore ignorant people and if that's the girl's attitude it'll come to bite her and let the school handle it.
