It wasn't her house and she didn't piss on her floor. She did argue with her and push a pizza box off the counter. Karen was wrong to do that and made an arse of herself, but then it stopped and she left.

The manager then chose to follow her outside and restart the argument. She laid hands on her, and shoved her down.

In my book, both are told never to come back. If those two want to act like hood rats, fine. Do it elsewhere, just not at my place of business.
