wasn't this the same situation as Waco?

David Koresh being a kid diddler in a house full of kids makes Waco a little different, IMO. It was awful what happened to everyone else, but Koresh couldn't have burned to death slowly enough.

Yep, lots more to the OKC bombing. Look at the setups people accuse the FBI of doing now… how did they perfect their setups?

There was a good documentary I came across awhile back. Did a good job of explaining it all.

The Ruby Ridge incident occurred before Clinton was elected.

This is a shite response, the ATF has nothing to do with child welfare. They didn’t involve local cops and went after him for garbage reasons. They could have easily grabbed him in town, but no they wanted their filmed show to play for the public. That’s why the news got tipped off for the raid. They liked they would be seen as taking down a child predator, but they lied to the state of Texas about drugs being there to get military equipment. This was the ATF putting on a big show so they could justify their existence and they got their asses rightly handed to them. FBI came in afterward and made it a bigger mess.

Agree with all of this. Our alphabet soup agencies all suck and need to be disbanded and rebuilt.

I'm not going to sit here and pretend that it doesn't bring a smile to my face that a kid diddler got roasted to death though.

Government agencies haven't changed in 30 years.

Funny how CNN and other corporate media outlets were magically in tow when Trump and Roger Stone got raided

You're right. That's why they needed tanks.

Plus, we have to kill the kids for good measure

The FBI negotiator wrote an excellent one. There is a guy who survived the raid that wrote another good one.

Edited my post to add the books, both great books from both sides. Gary’s book doesn’t hold back on the shite job the government did, great read.
