of course not. because where does it stop? what if they dont like what the supervisor has to say, do they now have the right to speak to THEIR supervisor? does this go all the way up to the chief of police? what about his supervisor? is it a right to have the mayor and then the governor come out to every traffic stop?

They have a right to request, not a right to demand.
No right that their request be granted.

People need to understand that you will never win an argument with a police officer on the side of the road.

Sign for the ticket and be on your way. If you feel the ticket should not have been written you can contest it in court. But acting like an a-hole and being belligerent will only end badly for you.

Take the ticket, make it home safely and if necessary fight it in court.
