They need to get that gondoal in place so LSU students can get to campus from those new apartments

With all of these new apartments and shopping centers being developed on wetlands, what in the hell are they doing for drainage?

Do like they do everywhere else in LA. Elevate the nice new stuff so that in drains into the older developments.

Aren't they doing some road expansion at the Burbank and Lee?

They are widening Nicholson thru W. Lee and completely redoing the brightside/nicholson intersection with designated turning lanes.

I was over in that area yesterday and they are doing work to the bridge right before Burbank adjacent to the Winn Dixie parking lot. Looked like it could have been a road expansion but I don't know much about that sort of thing.

They had Lee drive closed down to one lane and had traffic all jacked up tonight. They were jack hammering on the bridge

RE: drainage, they all have to get permitting, and at the end of the day, La law says that you are responsible for any runoff or drainage issues your development creates for a neighbor.

Look it up. Been on the books for years.
