Substation at Tulane near the Boot because an innocent college student got murdered in his truck.

Everything is good. From the racos to the Tortas.
They have 4 locations i know of.
9th ward on st Claude. Bywater on st Claude, this location in the east and another location on Read but down by Morrison.

Give it time or Rouses has ceded North Louisiana to Brookshires and Super1Foods.

Rouses has stores from Lake Chuck to Orange Beach. I could see them eventually branching off into northern Louisiana, but the biggest hurdle they have is distribution. Most of their distribution is handled by a 3rd party with AWG in Pearl River. Publix, Brookshires, and HEB have their own trucks and warehouses for distribution.
