He’s needs to stop trying to get himself fired. It’s called taking responsibility for his own actions.
This is a message board poking fun at his behavior. I doubt that will be the reason he’s fired. Conduct unbecoming while representing your department isn’t the case here, so his job isn’t in jeopardy.

Most everyone here is just laughing at what an idiot it guy looks and acts like. Throw in a few other trashy background elements and we've got a good thread to skip work and laugh at.
