Here's a tip if you don't wanna get fricked with
Back your vehicle into your parking spot.
Turn your tires full lock.
Set your parking break.

frick riverside towing
Just coming here to re-post my story from few years ago.
Went to BWW@Northgate to watch UFC fights with friends. Parked smack dab between BWW and CVS.
Drank more than I intended to, grabbed my sunglasses and work phone from SUV and locked it up as I got a ride home with a friend.
Message sent? Drink and drive or we'll tow you when the last business closes on this property.
Posted this a few years ago and some posters who were managers of local bars supported the WTFness of this, considering the booze BWW serves.
It's sad that 3 years later BWW@Northgate still does nothing to ameliorate that potential PR shitshow(I suggested managers/bartenders hand out a paper hangtag for a temp spot for a patron smart enough to not drink and drive).
frick Riverside and the property owners. Not the ones who simply have contracts with them(wise to have one) but frick the ones who knowingly allow Riverside to prey on drivers parked in their lots.

It's easily $250+ here
Just hope you never have BRPD tow your vehicle to impound. $460 for trip with roadrunner to the impound by parish prison.

At least they didn't flat tow your AWD car while you were still inside of Buffalo Wild Wings.

As good a news as the link provided is, it still makes me think why the frick are our representatives worried about this as opposed to national security issues or our national debt or anything else that is way more important.
These arguments are so silly. It's not as if they stopped everything else they are doing to pass this one bill.

Aren't the Riverside drivers strapped now because of all the altercations they've had?
So shoot back.

The solution is to boycott every business in that lot.

Not familiar with Riverside but they sound a lot like the predatory tow companies in Knoxville.
When I was in college, we were up on a friends balcony drinking after a football game when we spotted a tow operation in progress down the block. There was a spotter and tow driver who were towing cars as fast as they could.
After about 45 minutes, the tow driver parked his truck and walked over to where the spotter was - about 100 yards away across the street near a church. Once he reached the car, I heard a POP POP POP POP and glass shatter.
Someone put about 6-8 shots into the windshield and hood of the tow truck. Cops came in force but to my knowledge, nothing ever happened.
I wouldn't piss on those people if they were on fire.

You know, if those folks who want the monuments removed in New Orleans really had a set - they would just hire Riverside to tow them away
Riverside would have Robert E Lee on the back of that flatbed in no time

These stories really burn me up, and worth the ridiculous SJW movements, why hasn't anyone latched onto this as a cause yet?

Not a front wheel drive dunnmmy .

They do, I saw them use it in the Sterling Northgate one night.
Posted on 12/11/15 at 1:58 pm to mikelbr
I had my car towed from Northgate. Apparently, they take all the vehicles from that area into the CVS parking lot and then transport from there. Guess who walked over to CVS and got his damn car back.

Well I'm not one to get jimmies rustled if I know I was wrong.
However this is a terrible policy for a bar.
If a driver is stupid enough to drive home and kills someone. Then uses the excuse that the bar will have his car towed if it's there after 2am, it's going to be very bad PR for BWW.

Were you in there right at close or something? Yea this is going to end up bad for BWW at some point unless they work something out.

I'm surprised you didn't leave the tow truck driver a biological surprise on the seats or steering wheel.

No, it was during regular dinner hours. Buffalo Wild Wings doesn't give a frick, I tried already. They did offer me some coupon though, that was nice.
This has been going on for several years and nothing has changed. At one point they were hauling so many cars out of that lot that they had to stash them in a parking lot so they could go back for more while another truck hauled them to the yard. This is illegal and they got caught because someone saw their car in a different parking lot than they left it.
I don't know what ever happened with riverside and the damage to my car, I pay a shite ton of money for insurance so I just let them deal with it.
