I am relatively young so I only know him from the Chappelle's Show skits. What was he famous for before all that (besides being Eddie's brother)?

Chappelle Show was his 15 minutes, and put him over the top. Most everyone only knows him from there.
Before that, I only remember his as Gusto from CB4.
And after Chappelle Show, he tried to use that popularity to get a good stand-up thing going. He kinda sucked at it. He seemed to be the type that's better at just bullshittin' and talking off-the-cuff.
ETA: Joe Rogan had a pretty good interview with him on his podcast a few years back.
