If truth be told there are so many reasons to stay away from Rio. It's not the same place as 20 years ago where many vacationed or honeymooned. Sad......

We had a poster on here who lived in Brazil once. He was constantly telling the board how safe and great Rio was. Haven't seen his diatribe much lately.
