One of my friends received a letter from his. It was the past spring. There was some trash grass that was on the side of his house and on his neighbor's property. It wasn't really that bad at all, but he received a letter and his neighbor didn't.
So what can your HOA force you to do? Can they force you to sell your house if you do it again? Do you get fined? And if so, if you don't pay will they send it to a creditor or something?

I read your HOA rules. I’ve found most of the shite I get from the HOA isn’t even in the rules. I think these idiots just get upset over something and send out letters without really knowing the rules. I’d bet there is a reasonable time limit for party parking.
