I can see why this wouldn't be good in a formal setting but it's totally acceptable for an internet response. The dots convey a pause and the caps convey emphasis. It's like you would write if you were preparing a speech.

This is the only other problem I see, starting a sentence with a conjunction. But again it's pretty informal writing. Nothing terrible about his grammar.

The quote in the article was cleaned up a bit. If you look at the image above it, he has quite a few run-on or incomplete sentences. Most of the errors are missing or misused punctuations. I agree that it's not a big deal, but I can see what he's saying.
For example:
"I started life in the ghetto i banged like a fool till I woke up."
"We are all born with the same chances in life white or black you chose to be a woman abusing racist loudmouth."

Could use a comma and capitalize the "I". Other than that and the use of "till" instead of the abbreviated "til", it seems fine.

The only thing I see wrong here is the lack of an Oxford comma between "abusing" and "racist". But honestly, if you endorse the use of an Oxford comma then you're the worst kind of piece of shite there is.

It's not his grammar in this case but his spelling. Dude can't even spell "ghetto" or the name of his Alma Mater. Also it's bald-faced lie, not bold-faced.
Wouldn't point it out if he didn't boast about his Stanford degree so often... a degree in Communications, not even something technical or particularly difficult.

This goes back to your parents. If the majority of black youth would stop growing up with incarcerated impovered parents most of which never see their father in their lifetime then they would have a better upbringing. Most white people from the great depression era which would be my grandparents were very poor and were handed nothing but you know what they made ends meet and worked hard for what they had and provided a good life for my parents which in turn did even better than that. It's all about doing what you can with what you have and taking responsibility, not blaming others, because you sound like a cry baby little bitch. I agree not everybody has the same childhood and it's harder for some to make ends meet but that's because the ones before you made it that way. Get off your arse and do something about it or die or end up in prison. Your choice
