My wife was born at a hospital in Inglehood and grew up in El Segundo. The way she would handle the looting and rioting would make Mussolini cringe.

Nothing is changing in Cali. You'll see the same variety of rich, poor, famous, regular Joes. Seems the the OT likes to choose what type of hype they want to believe in.

Hispanics are a pretty conservative demographic. If republicans spent less time alienating them and more time appealing to them it would pay dividends.

I called Los Angeles the second best city in the country. You need to take a break. You’re obviously not very bright to start with, and your conservative derangement syndrome is only exacerbating the symptoms.

This is where you spew your 3rd grade understanding of Danish policies and culture. Go ahead!

I’m wondering how many of those buyers are foreign investors looking for real estate in a historically solid market.

Home prices in LA have been goddamn insane for years because of land values. The fricking house from Friday sold for over a million a few years back despite being smack in the middle of the LA ghetto.

The apartment complex my wife's family sold rented 2 bedroom units for $2500 and 3 bedrooms for $3600.

The sale price was not too bad.

Counter to what? Please tell me you’re referencing universal healthcare!

So every first world country doesn't have some form of universal healthcare

Sorry the idea of not going broke from surgery scares you

My thought is that y’all got out at the right time.

Big cities like LA and NYC only support massive rent when it is the “it” place to be and/or you must live there to get a high paying job.

It isn’t the “it” city anymore between everything being shut down and the homelessness and crime problems and many jobs are now telecommuting.

Combine that with the notorious eviction issues right now and I would say the stars aligned for you.

Universal healthcare is great for minor things, but the wait times for something important like surgery are insane.

You realize every candidate during the first Democratic debate supported free healthcare for illegal immigrants.

Would you like to learn a little about the Danish policy on immigration?

You shouldn’t criticize other’s arguments when you use a complete straw man. Hopefully you’re not a good representation of the Georgia school system.
