Yet those lemmings have no problem bringing their yard apes to a restaurant and disturbing my peace, and others around, while trying to eat a meal.

How does a frog actually make it to the table? Very unlikely

It would have had to pass through all of these people undetected at the restaurant alone (this is not counting QA at the packaging plant):

Food prep
Line cook
Expo
Server

The line cook uses his gloved hands to fill bowl with lettuce. Better than average chance that he would have known about it. QA cook on the line at BJ's is always a manager. They examine most plates before it goes out. Server would probably look at plate to make sure it was the right salad. Only way they wouldn't have seen it is if it was buried at bottom of plate, which means cook would have seen it...?

Love some frog legs but those look a little under cooked for my taste.

no harm to her and she suffered no financial loss...they will settle for a few thousand $ just to keep the bad publicity down and move on.

I mean if it did happen, there was potential harm and psychological harm. I don't understand the stance of "no harm" when a frog is hanging out in your salad when a reasonable person expects clean food to be served.

Omg. I've eaten at BJ's in Baton Rouge before, a few years ago. Crazy when you think how close you come to dodging an incident like this.

You might want to check in as safe on Facebook. I'm sure everyone is worried.

How would I not be serious? A dead, uncooked frog in your food has a risk of disease. Also, there will be a psychological impact on the person if they choose to eat out again.

I get the frog part. I'm talking about the psychological impact. If something like this is that devastating, they shouldn't eat out. shite happens with food that is mass produced.
