I go out to eat on a somewhat regular basis. I have never once came across this situation.

You're an OTer so you probably only go fine dining establishments and have your own tables there.

If you know the racial demographics of Baton Rouge, then this shouldn’t be a shock to you.

Not if you want to get jumped by a bunch of dindu nuffins who think you’re being racist. Baton Rouge is run by black people, culture-wise and crime-wise. They make up 57% of the city population.

wait, is going out to eat multiple times a week an indication of one’s wealth these days?

Too many weak people just accepting this as okay because they are lazy or don't want to be labeled as racist.

Sooooo….. strong people can dictate someone else’s hairstyle? Honestly, until you used the word “racist” I never knew you were talking about black people. So, I’m wondering- - how do you really feel about black people handling your food?

Why are you ranting about servers or food prep people with beards? Or just long hair in general.

As far as this “epidemic” (great dog whistle there) …. I kinda don’t believe you have experienced any of this. I think maybe you saw some chick with dreds and it triggered you.

But…. I could be wrong. We could be facing a deadly outbreak of long flowing hair in our food that must be shut down by the strongest amongst us… what the hell do I know?

You don't like your food tasting like hair that hasn't been washed in a couple months?

Do you even know anyone w/braids? Every single person I know that's had or has them (as well as dreads) also washes them.

Perfect example of weakness and how submissive western culture has become. We have to let 2 month old braids dangle in our food or else its racis. 2+2=5 or else you're a fool, and so on.

No it's the fact that you assume the person w/braids doesn't shower or wash their hair. Again, plenty of people wash their braids. Never mind that the vast majority of people w/braids aren't going to want their braids to get into a person's food either. Do you really think people who work in food service LIKE to smell like the place they work at?

"Ignore everything you see and hear."

Yes, these people making great life choices like working at a food chain as a 35 year old and paying lots of money to get braids and extensions and don't bother to stop it from dragging across everything at work totally aren't going to try and stretch the life outta their hair.

Pretty naive to assume they're washing their hair at all. Have you been to north baton rouge or Denham Springs? It's largely filthy, unkept, and disgusting.

The unfortunate reality is that there's a lot of really trashy people that make terrible decisions all round the Baton Rouge and Denham Springs areas. I don't assume they're doing ANYTHING they should be doing.
