Reports of masked man with Gun at oak grove school in hattiesburg. UPDATE: no one hurt

No links, i live in area and kids are sending parents texts now.. school on lockdown
update- Threat is over, no one hurt.. also no one found. Police are still on campus. School no longer on lockdown. Not sure if was a prank, a scared student reporting, or what. Either way, no one hurt is main thing.

I would think that if had been a situation that kids can send pictures of this guy that he would have already started bad intentions or the cops are already there taking care of it.
Hopefully its just a very heightened sense that most people are having and its misidentifying what they are seeing.

Yeh, hopefully so that no innocents are hurt or worse, but you know what? If this is a stupid prank, I'm not opposed to the authorities taking this "prankster" out. If a person is that stupid to think that a prank like this should be performed, well, the world doesn't need those genes floating around.

Ehhh, I tend to agree with that statement only superficially. As a parent, I fully expect my son to grow up and do stupid shite without thinking through it first. I don't want anyone killing my kid because he's being a dumbass. Now, shoot him in the knees to stop him from doing something they think he's about to do? I'd stay by my kid's side in the hospital the whole time and would help him recover. But the entire time I'd gladly be reminding him of why his stupid actions resulted in him not being able to walk right for the rest of his life.

This level of prank deserves death by fire. The level of stupidity that is needed to believe shite like this is funny serves no purpose in society.

here is what they said,kid reported seeing masked guy wi gun. school put on lockdown, police searchinf, Lockdown now lifted. But no reports of if found anything or arrested anyone yet.. Coworker been on phone with teacher getting updates.

A lot of people jumping to conclusions based on one poster's hypothesis that it's a prank. We're already killing the hypothetical prankster by bullet and fire.
