No fricking shite. They also aren't automatically just making it up.
It's no different from a university taking an alleged rape victim's story as the gospel truth in their Title IX kangaroo court

That's what we are thinking. He probably picked someone up to drive his car away so it wasn't left in the sorority lots.
That's probably the second person in the story the news is reporting

So because some universities do that it's OK for you to be a POS and assume the victim is full of shite and try to forumlate all the different ways she is full of shite? Bulletproof logic.

You must be stupid if you think a rich white sorority girl would want to "snap" or "tinder" that hoodlum.
heh.
Uh, sometimes chicks like their meat a little darker. This is NOT an uncommon phenomena at LSU or any school.
I have no idea if it's the case here.

But what about the photos of his car?!?! That's the main thing that doesn't make sense to me. How did they have pics of his car in the parking lot? If they took photos bc they knew it was a suspect vehicle then why did they allow him to come back and pick it up without arresting him?

The racial hatred, mistrust and resulting divide in this city is growing at an alarming rate. I could see a mass exodus of Caucasians in the next 20 years. LSU will fold as will the city.

Maybe those pictures of his car at night were taken by students or someone else. It's of cell-phone quality

How the frick did you get that from what I said?
I'm saying questioning a victim's account of their story, specially if there are inconsistencies, doesn't equate to victim blaming.
It's seems like you constantly go out of your way to be the most obtuse retard on the board.

I don't know where her car is because at the time I spoke with her she didn't know. Like the article says(and I said earlier),he forced her into her own car. When they were at the gas station, they were in her car. The suspect drove away from the gas station in her car.
After he leaves the gas station, that's where my info ends because all my info came from her.
Thanks. The article seems to change regularly. At one point, it said he forced her into HIS car. That was confusing.

I'm using it as an analogy, not an example.

I was told yesterday by a sorority girl that she was raped, beaten, and dumped on the curb at government. Waiting on the facts and not making assumptions goes both ways. There's really nothing about this that sets off a red flag or two? Broad daylight... lets the victim out of the car to easily alert others... returns to the scene to retrieve vehicle... Again, I'm not accusing her of anything, but it's just hard to make sense of any of it one way or another with the spotty second hand info available right now.

well your story is quite different than the other poster who claims to know her personally

Well you aren't exactly skilled at conveying whatever point you're trying to make.

Some of the bullshite justifications being thrown around are pretty much textbook victim blaming.

Oh, the sweet, sweet irony.
