$5k for 12 windows but 3 where tempered glass windows neared my bathrooms. Those were more expensive. I had moisture in my old ones...had to replace them.

$189 per window are for basic. I didn't get those. My price per window was skewed higher bc of large windows that were tempered.

We are getting WW installed next wk. All told it will be almost $400 per window. Still happy we're going with them, have multiple recommendations including from a general contractor.

Call Larry at Pella. He's as high pressured as they come. Looks like Ned Flanders.

I did window world. Added the low E film. A little over $200 per window installed. My electricity bill has gone down tremendously. Only issue I had was with the install of a couple Windows. However, they have come back any time I called.
Oh should I mention the lifetime warranty from them? Literally someone broke my very large window on the front of my house. They came out and replaced the entire thing, for free. Can't beat that.

Just had all of my windows replaced by Window World.
For 11 windows (one was arched) it cost me $4500.

I went through Acadian. It was a little less than $6k to change every window. I thought they had the best windows for the price and while not the cheapest I am happy with them.
My neighbors spent less than half of that ordering them from Home Depot and then DIY, but the only thing I know is you have to get Argon filled or you may as well be buying single pane.
