The raw numbers on this are laughable, unless I’m reading this wrong. Let’s say the average rent price is $2k a month. A .31% decrease is $6.20 a month. That’s a small waffle fries and medium tea at Chick-fil-a. Unless this trend continues for the next idk the next 24 straight months, this is a rounding error and won’t make a dent.
Need to throw some more non-citizens out and things will start to get better.

So you're saying when millions of "renters" go back to their homeland, there's more available units for rent and the cost goes down? Wow, who would have thought that was going to happen.

Well, when prices get to the highest they have ever been and people can not afford rent, a decent decline in rent will be “historic”
