"They" didn't. OP (or whoever OP is sourcing) is doing that. It's literally in the OP, it's a screen cap at 0:03 seconds into the tweet

Whatever that 2nd image is from, is filtered or photoshopped (video version) in some way. Too many tell-tale signs.
