The waiter's story would be easy to disprove if it were false. He said he refused service because the ID was expired. If that weren't true he could show his ID.

Innocent until proven guilty. That's how we roll in this country chief.
If you want to give credence to every race baiter, just because they say so, that's a dangerous precedent. One we've seen wrongly destroy people's reputation.
The "victim" here provided zero evidence, while the supposed "suspect" responded with a very reasonable defense. One that could be refuted pretty easily by the victim if he was indeed correct.
Yet he was too busy getting arrested for pointing a gun at a girl. But go ahead and give him the benefit of the doubt because he's a victimized minority, you're so woke.
