First off you probably should have known that you were going to get insulted a lot on this board.
But my advice would be to show her that you’re aggressive/dominant; it’s what they want no matter what they say.
Invite her over, get a few drinks in both of you, and just go all in. A strong kiss, waist grabbing, throw her on the bed... it may not come naturally to you but it has a much better chance of working than the emo route

None of you dumb fricks know how to grab a lass and swing her around the dance floor anymore.

I couldn't tell if she was into me, but I knew I couldn't get her out of my mind. I, like you, was having the intense kissing/cuddling dreams every night about her. I'm talking toe-curling, mind-blowing cuddling.
One day, I was going to ask her out when she got off work (I had a dream about her work schedule, and it turned out to be accurate), but when she came outside, some guy in an orange IROC pulled up and she got in the car and started kissing and then drove off!
I was heartbroken, but I didn't let that stop me. The next three days, this guy came and picked her up after work. They'd make out for a couple minutes, then drive away!
On the fourth day I just couldn't take it anymore. So while the boyfriend was waiting in his car for her, I got into his passenger seat and said
"Don't talk-just listen. I really like that girl, but I know she doesn't like me back. So I'm making you an offer. The next time you have sex with her, text me, and I'll meet you behind you apartment. You let me smell your fingers, and I'll give you $50"
That next couple weeks was the best $800 I ever spent.
