Recommend a A/V Service Technician in the NOLA area

I have a surveillance camera system for a small business and need some technical help. The guy that installed it is no longer in business and need some on site tech support.

Do you know if it is a CCTV or a IP camera based system? CCTV uses a round usually black cable like cable TV, IP cameras use CAT5/6 network cable or WiFi. THe reason I ask is because if it is a networked IP camera system, a IT/network service person can usually sort out any problems with those.

At work I have used Interstate Electronic Systems a lot. This has been mostly for A/V work for classrooms and conference rooms, so I'm not sure if they do surveillance camera work.

I do some work with those guys. Good group and know their stuff but may not get involved with a small system. If not, call George at Brave Automation 225-806-9560. He now works for us and handles smaller system.

It’s cctv and yes it uses the cable tv wires
