Just knowing your woman's love language can make things sooo much easier for you.
If you are trying to show her you love her by doing things around the house for her and her love language is physical touch...and you aren't being a little affectionate to her....she is gonna interpret this in her head as her emotional needs aren't being met.

Why is it the man’s job to innately know what his woman’s made up ‘love language’ is? It would help if the woman would make it known what she wants.
But most just expect their every need met without saying a single word.

How long you last in the sack really depends on how into you are or how much sex you are having . The first time I get home from work and it's been two weeks I won't last but a few minutes because she's the most interesting and amazing thing on the planet at the moment. Fast forward a week after having sex pretty much every night I'm concentrating on finishing instead of finishing too quickly.
