I would gladly take a tall glass of natural sugars over your high fructose corn syrup.

I never say it was a healthy choice for the only liquid part of your diet. I drink about a gallon of water per day, but if I had to choose between Milk or OJ on the 1-2 days per week I have something other than water with my breakfast, I choose OJ.

Ok, So I'll take 60% of my daily sugar allowance in 1 glass of OJ once or twice a week. Oh no, how do I survive eating so unhealthy.

We are still talking about breakfast here, right? I save my calories/sugar for wine at dinner. I'm not much for sweets/dessert.

If i had to choose between not drinking beer or not drinking milk for the rest of my life, i'd ditch the beer.

I love milk.
I can remember as a kid running in the house from playing outside and drinking a glass of milk, then going back out and playing.

It goes great with spaghetti and other red sauces.
I easily drink a gallon a week, and i try my best not to drink that much.

I could easily drink a half gallon a day if i wanted to.

I attribute me never breaking a bone in my life to the milk i put down every day for 30+ years, even though i'm sure that's hogwash.

I think i drink it so much b/c my paw paw used to. THey always had at least 2 gallons of milk in the fridge, and he had two glasses with every meal. He'd drink it even for crawfish boils.

And yeah skim milk is white water.
2% over here.

speaking of lactose intolerance, if you're lactose intolerant at all, go with isolate whey protein.

it's the purest and most broken down form of whey protein with very little lactose. therefore your body doesn't have to worry about breaking down the lactose
