It could easily be meth. Coke has nothing on a good meth high especially when in any kind of altercation.

There is a video of some guy in the middle of the main crowd standing straight up with his arms spread wide open while the guy fires. When the bullets stop he cups his hands around his mouth and screams "you're a pussy" as loud as he can.
That guy was not fearless, he was crazy.

Yeah that sounds more like a meth high than coke. In my geeked days all the coke would have done is turn my sprint in the other direction into a 4.3 40 instead of a 5.1 40

Doesn't really matter. I doubt the shooter could even see him and at that range he's looking for large masses of people. He wasn't sniping, he was letting off 100 round bursts. Hell, if someone is just spraying from 400 yards, where he's aiming might even be slightly safer because of the cone of fire effect.
The guy got angry in the moment and let out a "frick you". I see no reason to criticize him.

Besides a bullet to the head is the only thing one of these mass murderers respond to. They don’t care if you’re trying to be nice to them, yell at them, hiding, running away, etc. They just kill until stopped by suicide or shot by someone else
