Nagin because he was inarguably better than Mitch or Latoya and without Katrina around he might do well like he did in his first couple years.
How could anyone not pick Nagin our of the choice Nagin, Mitch, and Latoya?

I have to be honest, I’m just bored and having a little fun making you angry. It’s normally not something I would do, but you got so upset earlier and started slinging insults my way when I didn’t say a single negative word to you. But I have to say it hasn’t been that difficult of a task to get under your skin.
I really don’t know what corner I’m backed into? I think all 3 of New Orleans’ past and current mayors are completely incompetent. It’s embarrassing that they ran such an important city. To rank them would be as pointless as ranking three dog turds you find on your lawn.
But please, embarrass me. I care so much about everyone’s opinion here. Recap everything.

Imma be honest. I don’t live in NO...never have. Usually I visit there with family 3 or 4 times a year for a total of 10 days or so.
After seeing what the mayor has posted the last few days, i.e. black owned restaurants and “everything you love about New Orleans...” I will no longer be spending time or money in that shithole of a city. I know my few thousand dollars a year makes absolutely no difference whatsoever to the economy of lil Mogadishu but hopefully others will do the same.
