This is so rude of wbrz to try and tarnish their name. Ron and Janice were very nice people and I know Christy (daughter) has done everything to keep the family business going honestly like they would have wanted.

his is crazy. There was a local commercial here in the Houston area and it had me thinking how I wondered what happened to PePe and that little girl. I haven’t thought about that place in years and boom.
Dude I've told you about them before. I went to hs with her mama. That's who they ambushed on the news report.
It's some bullshite. They offered a complete refund to Sandra King. It was after the fact that something happened they don't understand.
WBRZ calls Re-Bath out of leftfield.
The owner thought that was a colleague calling her when it was actually a WBRZ reporter on speakerphone with questions... and Sandra King sitting beside them.
That's some horseshite when the owners already discussed AND SETTLED with Sandra King for a full refund. Nobody understands her angle for going to the news about that shite. Attention? More money?
This is some un-newsworthy bullshite and to do that to a company that spent thousands on advertising on your station for 15 yrs? Shameful.
I can tell you this much: other than a couple of news anchors and the work Nakamoto does investigating corruption, WBRZ ain't what it used to be in terms of operations and reputation.
And that's coming from the current and former employees, not my retarded OT arse.
Re-Bath folks are decent people and are simply closing the doors on the company, nothing else to see.
Oh And Haleigh is a very classy young woman now, not a baby anymore.

Dude. Ain't nothing worse than ordering something for a customer and them not understanding how back order works.

I know Haleigh's mom (Christy) really well - used to have a huge crush on her back in HS and we're still good friends today. Good people.

i have no idea what's going on in this thread, but i've had a re-bath done and i've had cancer, so clearly it's bad shite. actually, it was some knock-off of rebath i think, in atlanta. i was trying to get by for awhile without having to redo a 1930s bathroom full of tile. the guy came out clearly drunk and probably high of the paint. it lasted about a week. came back out. lasted about a month.
fast forward 15 years, and I'm ripping out 3-inch thick concrete and mesh + more mortar + tile, to the tune of multiple tons, and starting tabula rasa. holy shite, who needs a gym?
sorry if i hijacked, but this thread already looked like a series of hijacks.

Sorry to hear about these folks. But I knew was a sham from day one, there is no such thing as redoing a bathroom in one day. Had to be covering up lots of old rot mold and mildew and structural issues. They had a nice run though.

I know you told me about here when there was a thread a couple years or so ago. Saying it was random that I thought about the commercial last night and there is news on it today.
