Can anyone tell me if the proposed ER will take medicare/medicaid?

Or are they hospital affiliated? Meaning "Oschner Hospital Emergency Center at Champions" for example?

Baton Rouge has 4 Emergency rooms.
You have some parishes that could lose their only emergency room and hospital under state budget cuts.

How can you tell these people in these parishes that the people of NBR deserve an emergency room while they do not have a clinic?
