What's the scale based on? Does a 10 mean that I produce the same amount of work as if I was in an office? Or, if I'm naturally an 8.5 producer, is that my max?
If the former, I'd give myself a 10. I get the same amount of work done from home as I would from an office (maybe even more).

I’m better than pretty much all of my coworkers when it comes to producing online video lessons, utilizing technology for class collaboration and assignments, and understanding how assessment through online learning can work. That’s mostly thanks to teaching online college courses in the past and trying to do them in an innovative way with the hope of getting a full time gig one day.
But once I front loaded everything, I’ve been pretty much done. Our system said grades don’t count and participation is optional for students. If they literally do nothing, they’ll simply be “exempt.”
So most of my time is spent playing guitar or playing with my kids. Son and I are playing through Zelda Ocarina of Time.
I’m not only getting paid full salary for this, the government is handing me $3400 too.
Ain’t right, but I’m not complaining.

I’ve worked from home since 2012. Usually a OT9 but with the wife now working from home and the kids here I’m a four/five at best.

If my baseline Power Level at the office is 5 (right in the middle of the scale), I think my from-home level is 9.5.
No commute => extra 45 minutes saved driving.
No commute => extra 90 minutes saved not having to process a managed, controlled release of the road-rage acquired on the way to the office. This will also likely help my overall stress levels.
My dog's soothing presence => takes away my separation anxiety when leaving my dog home when I go to the office.
Absence of physical interruptions => hard to fully state how valuable this is. It's like having 90 extra minutes per hour I never had before.
Deprived of the office amenities => Coffee at the office is tasty, free and I don't have to brew it myself. I'll have to suck it up and endure.
