I'd rather my kids do LSD than smoke cigs or drink alcohol when they get older. I won't encourage it, but if they ever ask me about it I'll be honest with them.

I’ll suggest to my kids to live the cleanest lifestyle they can when they are older. I def won’t tell them”you really should give acid a shot. “

That's where i am with it. I'm not going to just come out and suggest they try it but I'll give them my honest opinion on it if asked.

Man, I bet not being over the top parents that make alcohol and drugs to be the devil which actually ends up driving your kids to rebellion. I get that

But I’m not so sure how honest I’ll be in telling them how fun lsd can be

I feel like there is a middle ground as wide as the Mississippi we are missing here

I didn't say my opinion was all positive.

"and son, if you ever do Molly, don't have sex while on it. You'll ruin sex forever."

My oldest already asked me about pot. I was honest with him and told him a lot of the negative things out there about it are mostly propaganda, and the biggest risks with it are the legality and the social stigma attached to it. He's 16 and I guess some of his friends are already smoking it, so I'm sure he won't be too far behind. I admonished him that we live in a police state(Alabama) where law enforcement isn't afraid to make an example out of him.

Yeh, I just sometimes think the job as a parent isn’t just to be some cool older friend giving lessons on how to drop acid. But hey, maybe I am the one fricking it all up

This is for those that have explicitly stated they will suggest the drug for their kids when they grow up

For sure. And when that day comes when he asks about it, it's a delicate line between being honest and protecting your kid with obviously a lot of trust mixed in.

Molly sex doesn’t ruin normal sex

It is just so out of this world amazing though. But nothing would be like “wow normal sex is just so BORING now”. I don’t think any drug can do that.

Molly sex is just emotionally and mentally amazing. I don’t ever remember physical sensations being heightened

Also ambien sex is very very under rated.

Making out with my girlfriend I just had my eyes closed and had like an abstract painting like picture in my mind and every time I moved my head or kissed her differently the shapes would shift and change. Very hard to describe. But very very fun. Just gave to fight the urge to sleep.

It's an education and honesty thing for me. Tell them it can be great, but that it can also be dangerous and should be respected. I'm not really a "do as I say, not as I do" parent.

Living in a legal state made that talk a little easier. I mostly just talked to them about excessive use and cautioned them against smoking while their brains are still developing. Whether or not they take the advice remains to be seen.

My parents both experimented with LSD in the early-mid 60's, when it was legal and hadn't become a counter-culture phenomenon. Stanford-related.

They both committed suicide.
