re: Rapper killed in Philly

The “oh no, not (insert ridiculous rapper name)” is quickly becoming one of my favorites TD’isms.

Where is OSHA? For frick’s sake - how many of these young men have to die in the line of work before the government provides some safeguards?

Of all the cities I have lived in, Philly was the only one where I kept my head on a swivel every time I was out of my house. So, not a great place for us white folk either!
