Sounds like he picked a good time to die

I like it when the local drug dealers have a concealed carry permit... It means that they passed their background check....
Maybe we need more guns laws... Like how about: "No transporting of narcotics or illegal drugs while in the possession of a firearm."

Never heard of him and I'm sorry if you think this comes across as insensitive, but god damn his music is terrible.
Prayers for his family and all. Maybe he should have made some better life choices. If you put too much poison into your body, what exactly do you think will happen?

Sorry man I see death all the time.. maybe hundreds of dead bodies. In all kinds of ways.. I don’t have much emotion for people dying of overdoses. It was a choice they made to leave this earth. From the guy’s own words, he was a shitty person with no respect for women, or anyone who cared for him.. so frick him, who gives a shite he’s dead? He didn’t even care. Stop trying so hard to make me care for someone I didn’t know and was, by his own words a frick stick.

Not sure if you were being sarcastic or not because possession of firearms in the presence of drugs is a felony charge

According to the news story the gun toting accomplices unloading the drugs were only charged with misdomeanors so they get to keep their concealed weapons permit.

From the article linked off page 5.
No drug charges and only misdemeanor gun charges... ...
Remember this when Libs start screaming we need more gun laws...

No drug charges have been filed. Sources said the marijuana and codeine were found in bags that had no name tags. They said the investigation was continuing.

The charges are misdemeanors. Police said the state’s attorney’s office rejected felony charges for the two

presence
Not necessarily true. They would have to prove possession of both. Simply being in the presence of both is not a felony.

Yeah, presence was a bad word choice there.

Why didn’t they just tell the police that all the contraband belonged to the dead guy?
