Random interstate shootings in southern cities..edt t

I'm in a suburb of Memphis, rarely travel inside the 240 loop.,.in the past 2.5 months we've had 9 shootings on 240...I read we had 60 plus last year...talked to a buddy from Atlanta area and he says they have the this shite too... anyone else?
I'm talking random...like a mother and daughter (st. Jude patient staying in free home) getting shot up

Thankful BR doesn't have a loop. Although it doesn't seem to be stopping the young brothers.

They drive around 240 with their lights off and if you try to signal them, they shoot you up.
That's why cop cars are parked in the median every 2 or 3 exits. Sucks having to drive 65.

Those guys are playing on their phones 90% of the time I drive by them. I still hate coming in from Collierville on the south loop every day

Road rage is a hell of a thing...although I know there is more than that going on here.
I shot the gap and got over, close but not like stupid close, in front of someone about 6 months ago. Dude pulls up along side me cursing and hollering at me. (His window down mine up) I give him a kind of shrug to say “idk what the big deal is” dude flashes a pistol at me then points it my way.
I’m pretty sure he wasn’t ever going to shoot but I slammed on the breaks and got out of there.
I keep a pistol in the truck but I wasn’t about to pull it out and escalate that situation.
