I think brown widows spread to Louisiana fairly recently. They are more aggressive than black widows but inject less venom so you're less likely to die from their bite.

I read this thread this morning.
A few hours later, I'm reading the Hawaii cigarette thread and also watching Super Troopers 2.
Literally as I read one of the responses in that thread:
in the background I hear them say "smuggling operation" on the TV at the EXACT time im reading the words "smuggling operation"
Not exactly the same thing but wanted to share.
