If you put something like that in the mud, it’ll be out of commission in a year.

Picture you linked was a concept truck and based on the previous generation body style.

Ram has been teasing an SRT or Hellcat truck for a while...basically since the SRT10 was discontinued. I’ll believe it when i see it.

I know a guy with a hell cat. Wrecked it considerably and kept driving home on 3 tires. Can’t ask for more than that from a vehicle.

Ram V8's are eating cams and they won't acknowledge there's a huge problem with it. They may be high value in terms of the power they make but they've cut a lot of corners in the process.

Never heard of this so I gave it a google...not near as big or widespread an issue as you’re making it sound. Issue is bad lifters in some 2009-2011 Rams (majority 2011’s) and a lot of them are 90k+ mile trucks. Issue was fixed for 2013 and onward and I believe Chrysler is fixing it, albeit slowly. Obviously issues like that shouldn’t happen ever and Chrysler needs to make it right, but coming on here and acting like Hemi’s are dropping lifters left and right and they’re all ticking time bombs is a bit hyperbolic. Overall, it’s a limited issue...plus the Hellcat 6.2 is a different motor than the 5.7.

Chrysler wants to milk all that R&D out before mandatory 4 cylinder engine for all cars.

Ultra high performance ones will have quad turbo 4 bangers.

Brace for acceptance. Compliance is mandatory.
