The quality of life ain't all that in Louisiana; however, at least we don't have thousand of homeless shitting on the sidewalks and leading each other around half-naked with dog leashes like in San Fran. Just sayin'.

At least he’s trying to get businesses to LA. JBE only caters to trial lawyers and probably would never consider tax incentives for these big businesses. See ExxonMobil passing on LA and building in Corpus Christi.

South Louisiana didn't want to vote for somebody from north of I-10, so they voted for Louisiana's version of Ross Perot.

Rispone is no Ross Perot. Perot sctually had a plan.

the I-20 Tech Corridor

Ummm no.

CenturyLink is not a Tech company.

CSRA is a "tech" call center that had to import most of it management workforce from the DC area.

Its a farce.

I agree in the sense that it’s not a “tech” corridor, but it’s a very important corridor between major cities ie Atlanta to Dallas.

Reading that letter felt like I was watching someone literally put lipstick on a pig

But, I do admire the initiative

If I recall, one of the main reasons that State Farm left Monroe was because of a lack of intellectual work force. Wonder how NeLa would still do in this category ?

Keep our best from going to Texas?

Why would they go work for fricking state farm?
