Still, i’m Not fricking around with a raccoon on a boat. I’ve seen too many people/animals get torn up by them. Scare it out the boat and get on with your trip

I can't say for certain, but it sure looks staged to me. First, why were they filming from the back angle, instead of where you could see the raccoon?
And the person falls to the ground, instead of runs further away?
Then, look at the way the raccoon is flying. He's not in control. Looks to me like someone tossed him and he's fighting off the ride.
I can't say for sure, but my vote is staged.
