Questions about your conversation about systemic and institutional racism

Since the news media and social medial now uniformly (conveniently) state that we’re all racist and need to have the conversation, when where how will you?
Is there an appointed black community leader we should meet with?
Is money, a fee or a fine involved?
Is like Catholic Church confessional?
Is it required to be in-person?
After the conversation will a still be a filthy racist? Is there a monthly or periodic thing required.

I personally have had great conversations with dudes I served with... They have given some perspective... Debate is healthy

From what I’be gathered.
The answer is:
1) No police. Allow the great citizens of Chicago and Detroit to police themselves
2) Some type of reparation payment
3) If you and a black person are competing for a Job, you should drop out even if you are more qualified
