Suddenly started taking a supplement (that is used commonly for prostate issues even though it doesn't work) with everything else the same, I think your probable culprit is obvious.

That's a good place to start. I'd just explain to him everything and mention the concern with the neck. He should be able to point you in the right direction.

Gotcha. It's almost certainly not going to hurt you to keep taking it. It also probably won't help (but more data is needed). I've seen it associated with increased sex drive, but I haven't read anything about it leading to what you're describing.

So, devil in the details, there's no problem getting or maintaining an erection, and you can ejaculate both by yourself and with a partner, you just seem to not enjoy it as much anymore?

I can't get an erection without physical contact. I use to get 3 or 4 random erections a day. I am not getting any right now. Also, got a sexy pic from a the woman I am seeing and I didn't get an erection, though it did turn me on and I did get a tingling sensation in my penis.

There is just something wrong andit happened so all of a sudden.

OP, go see your PCP. He should know you better than any other doctor you see. He probably knows a little more about you than you let on on here. Tiny details that he/she's picked up on in the past could be helpful. Just having met you before actually changes the way he thinks about you (rather than strangers on a message board). It could be anywhere from depression to dissatisfaction with a partner to substance use and so on down the line. An office visit to him if you feel like it's that big of a deal (personally, I'd probably call it a 'big deal' after a few weeks. If this is 2-3 days, it's probably nothing...maybe you mentioned time-course. I don't remember). It's bad enough that you're on a message board talking about it, though, so it's probably worth a scheduled visit at his earliest opening (I wouldn't rush in tomorrow...this isn't an urgent matter, even though it is very serious and causing you displeasure, it can be handled over the next week or two rather than HAVING to be tomorrow).

Good luck, I'm off to bed. My bedtime came long ago.

I visited him and he told me it was something in my mind, but I really don't think so. I will visit another one. Thanks though

See, if a sexual relationship with her (or in general) is new, it's not necessarily unusual for you to stop getting the dreaded "No Reason Boners" of your middle and high school years.

You know you and your body better than anyone. Thinking something is wrong and not being able to put a finger on it is grounds for a visit to your buddy, the Primary Care Physician.

Ah. To be fair, my first thought in reading your neck is a combination of injury (traumatic stressers + pain aren't necessarily positive factors) and underlying depression of some sort. Nothing wrong with seeing another doctor, but a lot of this stuff is just in people's heads. Don't be discouraged to see another one. Don't be discouraged if you get much of the same response. Reassurance that what you're going through is normal is the treatment in lots and lots of cases.

And now I think I am really going to bed, as we keep responding to each other a reply late, and I am starting to get confused and repeat myself.

You thinking about it makes you think about it more when it counts. Honestly, banging randoms would be your best bet. I am 100% serious about that

I'm 30 and still get them all day. It is just stuck in his head. Cialis probably won't even do anything for him

You are probably nutrient deficient. Most everyone is short on iodine, which is a crucial mineral for libido.

I am still young, so I don't have the ED problems, but I take these supplements for thyroid and overall health, and they make a huge impact on libido.

Nascent Iodine.

Maca root powder. This stuff is the real deal. Look it up. A great superfood.

Whole food multi vitamin.
