It’s also been shown high stress jobs can lead to weight gain due to stress eating.

Stress eating fascinates me. I'm a stress starver because anxiety puts my stomach in knots. I eat most when I'm happy and everything is great.

Also, pro tennis players and soccer players show you what ideal weight really is, as they don’t carry heavy muscles etc

Thiem is 6’1” 175 lbs. But he is a Nazi surviving unhealthy string bean compared to the baws on here that say he should at least be 200 lbs

Truth is, when Americans see people like this over 30 years old, they say “geez man, eat a cheeseburger etc etc”

Being in shape and healthy is looked at like you are strange in this country now

Do you not have any leg muscles? In highschool after wrestling I weighed 165-175 lbs (cut to 145 during the season). I ain’t 6’ and I was skinny, like a 32” waist.

6’ and 170 lbs is thin

You might have 10 years left to live if you don’t drop another 100 pounds. Being over 300 most of your life is worse than doing meth most of your life. Let that soak in a minute.

You should talk to my doctors who do my blood work every year and give me a full heart workup because they seem to disagree with you in regards to my health. So i'll stick to what they are telling me but thanks

Um, not at all what I said

I said they are the guide average people should use, not fricking football players

Tennis players aren’t muscle bound, so they don’t fool the scale like freak football players do

Fed is the perfect example of this. Rafa is juiced IMO but it does not seem to affect his play on the court.

I mean, you are still extremely obese. Congrats on the weight loss, but you also shouldn't be happy with 300 lbs.

I'm sure in comparison to where you were, you are doing much better

but you are still extremely obese, and extremely obese people do not do well as they age

I'm serious when I say that you should absolutely not consider your journey to better health as complete, as you absolutely need to lose another 100 lbs

Being 5’10” and 300 lbs cannot be good for your joints or organs, especially your heart.

Your bloodwork May be fine, but you have to be stressing other things seriously.

ETA
Keep up the awesome work and healthy life style. That’s awesome progress

Not really anymore

He was big early in his career because he lifted way too much. He backed off of that when he started getting injured
