Is edible marijuana now legal in Louisiana?
Back story, happened to be in the french quarter this weekend, (smh I'll never learn) anyway, the number of shops and individuals selling what seemed to be advertised as pot edibles was shocking.
Scam? Legit?
Hell no I ain't eating nothing someone is selling off the street down there, so no I didn't get ripped off.

Scam. Medical marijuana has been legalized but it's extraordinarily restrictive and not in smoke or edible form. Amazing that the law even passed, but the legislature is too "moral"/stupid/stubborn/scared, to expand the program and collect the millions and millions of tax dollars that would flow in and help balance the budget and support innumerable programs.
