jesus, why are you worried about day to day fluctuations?

Chill out Jax Teller, I'm not overly worried. Just never seen it flucuate that much in one day. Figured it'd be something to talk about.
For the other posters, what's not adding up? I'm 6'2, 210, broad shoulders but thin. Is that not considered lean? I have an average build with "some" definition. If I drop 10 lbs and go down to 200, I have "more" definition.
Not sure what's so hard to understand.
And I never mentioned dropping 20 more lbs as someone said.

Measure body parts (think getting fitted for a suit)
Get objective body composition analysis (using the same modality)
Throw out scale. Weight is an imperfect metric for body recomposition
Stop subjecting your body to chronic stress that is "cardio". Be a fricking man

hit the weights 4 - 5 times per week! be on point with your macro's
Don't get on the scale for at least a month
Check BF% in 5 weeks

Can't do it man. PT test. Either way, I won't stop playing basketball or soccer until I physically can't anymore! That's where most of my cardio is at.

People that say no cardio bro just lift heavy are so stupid.
I know a jacked dude at work that can't hardly keep his breath because he doesn't do any cardiovascular work at all

Same here. I work with a body builder who had an assignment to Italy (Top AF Assignment according to most) and wound up missing out on it because he failed the running portion of his PT test.
I don't get it.

No kidding. Does he run sprints? May explain the sore legs if he's sprinting and squatting heavy.
Im 6'3" 225, lift heavy and run a few days a week. I'm lean, but damn...how lean can this guy be if he can lose another 20 lbs of fat?
something doesnt make any sense.
It really is confusing. I'm 6'3 1/4" 226lbs, btw.

I don't get what's so confusing. And where in my post did I say I can lose another 20 lbs of fat? Simply said that I and going from 210 down to 200. I was 190 coming out of basic traning and with my build, I looked horrible.

Bro, I'm confused too. You need to post a pic. If you have a lean build at that height and weight, you must look like a Greek God.

But I was waiting for the next "Post a pic of yourself" thread on the OT first.

I certainly do not. Just an average looking dude. Like I said, more of a runner than a lifter.

Like I said, I'm 5'11 and 175 after a hefty meal. I exercise 5 to 6 days a week. I'm pretty strong. I know I'm 3 inches shorter, but you're 35 pounds heavier. That seems like a lot.
If I had even HALF of those 35, I would look like a freaking superhero.

Must be different body types. I'm not that strong and don't have a really muscualr build. I'm assuming you do?

Sabi, I think he´s also very young in comparison to y´all..

I hate my build. I'm strong. I can do 15+ pullups with weighted vests, one handed chinups/pullups, lift pretty good weight, etc and I STILL look about the same.
My biceps and quads are bigger though.
I have trouble developing my chest and shoulders.
My upper torso is short and I have curvature in my spine. I suck.

Agreed that 6'2" and lean can't be that lean unless he's ripped. I'm 6'2", lean to nearly the point of skinny, DL 405, and weigh 185 when I'm really lean (hard to get rid of belly at 42 years old). I usually stay between 190 and 200.
