Can’t help stretch marks but you sure as hell can get back into shape. Sure your body changes but that doesn’t mean to let yourself go and be some slob.

No they don't bother me. However, from pregnancy, they are avoidable. And it seems a lot of young women do not know this. And yes, even if "your mom got them". Mositurizing lotion applied 3 times per day, without fail, and you will not get stretch marks. The lack of enough moisture the skin is what causes them. I've told this to 9 young ladies when I heard they were pregnant and none of them had heard this. One of them, whose mom had them, was a pretty little blonde sales lady. I told her, "now, if this works the rest of your life when you see your body in the mirror , you have to say thank you jeffsdad," 6 years later I see her at a convention and first thing she says is.."I hate you." I've thanked you like 10,000 times and cant stop...

I avoided them for my first 3 kids, for the last three I have stretch marks Maybe I needed some heavy duty moisturizer- or maybe smaller kids
