Is there a way to look up court filings in the Louisiana system online? Something similar to PACER? Looking for a couple of lawsuits. Thanks.

every parish is different. most require you to have a subscription. it's $60/month to get access online to Rapides Parish records.

EBR.

Mississippi has MEC, a literal clone of PACER. Set up same way but .20 per page instead of .10. Anyone can sign up as well, not just lawyers.

EBR Clerk has an online system. Don't know if they have a "day rate" like some others do.

Nope. Apparently you pay $50 per month and have to keep an amount in escrow as well. Weird. Here, there is no escrow, you pay $10 per year, and you get billed .20 per page.

However, you have to pay that for viewing document, not just printing it SO if you wind up clicking on an exhibit that is an 80 page depo, it can add up quick.

As for Westlaw, it doesn't always cover local courts.

Goes by jurisdiction. Some sites allow you to do a 1 day access.

I have access to EBR. Can you just post what you need or will I need to give you a burner?
