There's a strong chance that Hugh Freeze buried some hookers in your mother in law's yard.

That's where they suggest you bury your mother in law, in case the need arises.

If they marked it they have the right, wait and see.

Meh, the Dottie website sucks. We always mark an area way larger than what we need just to make sure.
White is not electrical. They may be putting electrical there, but there isnt anythinf there now.

Probably just precaution. Some dumb arse might have called in a utility Locate ticket and her yard is within the 500 feet radius they called in. They don't need to know what's in her yard, but it falls within the radius and had to be marked.

Faulty section. There will be a large hole there soon.

If she has underground utilities in her neighbor hood the then fault sec could mean that there is a secondary fault at that location.

White is typically used to mark a proposed dig area.
Pro tip: Public utility companies are only responsible for lines from their main to the meter. Homeowners are responsible for all lines after the meter so make sure those are marked as well.

Eatel and Cox have both been running fiber optic everywhere. may have something to do with that.
